NOT ONLY DO WE SELL RACKETS
WE STRING THEM AS WELL
We can restring your tennis or squash racket. You have the option of buying and supplying your own strings, or we can supply the string for you.
As an added bonus, if you buy the string from our store, your racket will be strung for FREE!
SYNTHETIC GUT
Synthetic gut tennis strings are one of the most common and affordable types of tennis strings. Despite the name, they are not made from animal gut—they’re made from synthetic materials, usually nylon. Not the fanciest, but it does almost everything reasonably well.
MULTIFILAMENT
Multifilament tennis strings are premium synthetic strings made from thousands of very fine fibers bundled together—designed to closely replicate the feel of natural gut. Soft, powerful, and easy on the arm—but not built for heavy hitters who break strings often.
POLYESTER
Polyester tennis strings (often called “poly” strings) are stiff, durable strings made from polyester or co-polyester materials, designed for control and spin—especially for modern, high-speed play. Built for power players who want spin and precision—not comfort.
NATURAL GUT
Natural gut tennis strings are the original high-performance tennis strings and are still considered the gold standard for feel and comfort. It gives the smoothest ride, best feel, and highest comfort—but costs more and needs care, best for players with arm or shoulder issues

TENNIS TOURNAMENTS IN PRETORIA
There are a few tournaments happening in and around Pretoria, and the best place to check them out is on SportyHQ.
But if you are not in the mood for a formal tournament spanning a couple of days and you're more in the mood for something cool that takes place on a single day, then you have to compete in a Fast-5 tournament.
Fast-5 is played in a format whereby the first player or pair to reach five games, wins the match. Yes it is short, but you get to play five or more matches on a single day. Click "Read more" to find out more.
